I lead customers from discovery and solution design through implementation, enablement, and adoption—turning operational problems into systems people can actually use.
LinkedIn profile ↗The short answer
T.J. works across business operations, customer experience, sales, and technology. He diagnoses operational problems, translates them into practical systems and workflows, and helps teams move from discovery and decision through implementation, training, and adoption.
Where I create value
The strongest roles put me between the customer’s reality, the platform’s capability, and the team responsible for delivery.
Discovery, requirements, solution design, demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, and translating technical capability into business value.
CRM and SaaS implementation, workflow redesign, automation, change adoption, and carrying recommendations into functioning systems.
Zendesk, Zoho, support operations, customer journeys, routing, escalation design, service recovery, and CRM optimization.
Practical AI applied to discovery, evidence synthesis, workflow support, training, and adoption—with human review and claim boundaries intact.
Direct Solutions Consulting evidence
When internal Solutions Consulting capacity was constrained, Zendesk Account Executives brought ZenBros into active opportunities as an external technical and delivery resource.
ZenBros operated as an external partner resource; this does not imply employment by Zendesk.
Selected experience
ZenBros
CRM, Zendesk, Zoho, support systems, workflow automation, and AI enablement—carried from customer discovery and SOW ownership into delivery.
Leadership & operations
Leadership across regulated credit operations, live-service customer environments, and high-volume staffing involving approximately 1,200 temporary workers.
Automotive technology
Direct exposure to dealer CRM, lead management, financing, BDC, acquisition, trade-in, sales/service handoffs, and the workflow failures automotive SaaS products exist to solve.
Selected work
Internal service transformation
The organization wanted to extend an established IT service environment into HR and payroll. The simplicity desired at the front door created risk behind it: payroll corrections, employee concerns, onboarding, offboarding, equipment, accounts, and manager actions carried different owners and visibility requirements.
Design one employee experience without pretending every department performs the same work.
An implementation-ready employee-service architecture involving 33 identified users, IT, HR, and payroll scope, restricted-ticket requirements, employee and manager intake, onboarding and offboarding, and cross-department coordination.
Solutions consulting · Zendesk
Zendesk account executives were managing active opportunities while internal Solutions Consulting capacity was frequently backlogged. A handoff to an outside partner could add speed, but it also introduced a familiar risk: the technical promise made during the sale could be severed from the reality of implementation.
Make the sales conversation the first responsible stage of implementation—not a separate performance.
A repeatable co-selling and implementation-continuity motion supporting active Zendesk opportunities when internal capacity was constrained, with documented sales credit on supported wins.
Implementation leadership · Incident response
During launch, customers calling five distinct brands began arriving in one unintended environment. The organization needed to identify the brand, capture the customer’s need, prioritize urgent contacts, protect the customer experience, and preserve continuity while the underlying routing problem was escalated.
Treat every misrouted call as a customer obligation while the technical escalation proceeds in parallel.
Approximately 24 hours of coordinated incident containment for five brands, including temporary telephony workflows, brand-aware intake, customer continuity, and platform escalation.
